KUBAG Insurance Solutions

As an independent international insurance broker, KURZ & BÜNDIG INC. (KUBAG for short) focuses its activities entirely on the following client groups and their special requirements:

Small and medium sized companies (PME) as well as industrial clients. In doing so we also look after the private risks of the owner families and company officers
Clients based in German-speaking countries, i.e. Germany, Austria and Switzerland, who are faced with international risks. We cover risks worldwide, with the emphasis on the EU area, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein
Private clients and their families

We place a lot of store by our independence and neutrality. This is why KUBAG has no involvement in any insurance companies or vice versa. It solely represents the interests of its clients.

Unlike many insurance brokers, KUBAG offers its clients other services such as legal claims management or Alternative Risk Transfer (ART).

Are your solutions optimised and coordinated?

Insurance is a huge area. It is easy to have too little or too much cover. It is often difficult to sort the wheat from the chaff. The most expensive solution is not necessarily the best option for you. It can depend on a whole range of very different factors because not all risks are the same. This is why we analyse each case individually and determine exactly what your needs are – only then do we get to work. We coordinate the various policies with one another, optimise, integrate and separate them and move them around, cancel existing policies and arrange new ones. You are kept fully informed throughout this process, nothing is done without your agreement. It goes without saying that we regularly check your existing policies and risks and discuss these with you.

It’s all about the right mix

What types of insurance cover are relevant? Which risks should be given more weight that others? Which solution should I go for? The answers to these questions are central to ensuring that your needs and requirements are met in the best way possible. We help you with the decision making. Tell us which factors are important to you and which to attach less importance to. We use this as a basis from which to draw up a comprehensive, tailor-made quote and at the same time show you the insurance options. Your personal goals will be taken into account in this just as much as the framework conditions in your environment. This means that you have the tools to make your decision.

Classic or vintage cars? - A old heap or a raving beauty?

As a hunter and collector you are constantly coming across the beautiful things in this world, the things which mean something special to you. So is is a bit of metal or are they emotive designs? Often special cover and an expert opinion are needed. We offer you both and in so doing make use of numerous different cover possibilities.

The decision as to which strategy you follow is obviously entirely down to you.

Special risks: The devil is in the detail

As a Lloyd’s broker, it is our job to take all eventualities into account and to consider even the smallest, apparently most trivial detail.

This is the only way in which we can ensure for example that cancellation because of the weather does not become a financial debacle, or that a competition intended to acquire customers does not become a game of chance and/or fall through completely before it starts because e.g. the entrants do not (or cannot) turn up. Our list of insurance options/special types of cover is very diverse: from a golf tournament to an exhibition to a works outing.
